That's what we believe at Artsy Elementary - and it's at the heart of our lessons. This curriculum is designed to inspire and allow students to experience art in its many forms while experimenting with a variety of art materials.

Everyone Can Be An Artist

Artsy Elementary is a full art program for your Elementary school, with lessons for grades PK/UTK - 5th. Our curriculum provides on-demand instruction, instructor guide and step-by-step presentation slides for all lessons. You provide the volunteers and we give them the tools they need to easily and successfully bring art to the classroom. Instructors have the option to follow a script and have information and project steps provided on the slides - making it easy for people of all teaching experience to lead lessons.

The Artsy Way: Cultural Context and Diverse Artists

Lessons include contextually relevant information about cultures as well as a variety of artists. In learning how art relates to a culture, we are better able to understand each other and ourselves. To help show that everyone can create art, lessons feature artists of all ages and backgrounds, including artists with disabilities and artists who are similar in age to students.
